Revisiting The Best
I have to say that while I’m somewhat saddened by the recent end of summer—farewell sun-kissed afternoons at the beach!—I am finding myself increasingly excited by the slow march towards the end of this year.
Why you ask? Well, when 2007 comes to its conclusion the time will have come for me to reflect on the year in gay porn and to compile my annual list of the Top Hot Sites. (I know, tough job but somebody’s got to do it.—ha ha) I assure you it’s not going to be easy this year. Not that I’m complaining, but for whatever reason I’ve been blessed with many, many really hot sites. Now isn’t the time to share examples of those sites—okay, Sean Cody is one–but trust me when I tell you it’s going to be hard, hard, hard narrowing down the list to ten.
What makes it even more of a challenge is the number of great sites from my 2006 list that may still be contenders for remaining on the Top 10 list in 2007. Although you can easily find this list on the homepage, here’s a refresher of Sir Randy Top 10 Hot Sites for 2006: Men at Play, Randy Blue, Extra Big Dicks, Latin Boyz, Falcon XXX, Gay Video Box, Hot Studs, Straight Guys for Gay Eyes, Horny Boy, Whack It World.
In all fairness to these sites and the ones I’ve reviewed in 2007, I can’t include or exclude any of the 2006 Top 10 without first revisiting them. And that’s exactly what I plan to do. So keep an eye open for updated reviews for some if not all of those sites that appeared on the 2006 list. And then wait to see just how many of them have what it takes to remain in my Top 10 for 2007.
