Blue Man Groupie
It’s not very often that one sees an abundance of male genitalia on display at the local multiplex; well, not on-screen, that is. But that all changed for me last Friday when I slipped into the theater to check out the much-anticipated film adaptation of the graphic novel, The Watchmen. While the big budget ($150 million) flick has been met with mixed reviews and a disappointing drop of 67.7% at the domestic box office in its second weekend (earning about $90 million to date with another $50 million at the foreign box office), I personally was blown away at the screening I attended.
A fan of yummy Patrick Wilson (I still have flashbacks of him screwing Oscar winner Kate Winslet in the film, Little Children, his muscular ass passionately pounding her as she willingly receives him on the washing machine), I was very pleased to see him in bare-assed action again in The Watchmen as he made the beast with two backs with fellow super hero Malin Akerman. But the bigger (so to speak) attraction for me was Billy Crudup’s Dr. Manhattan.
PATRICK WILSON
There’s a lot to find attractive about Dr. Manhattan but I’ll stick to the superficial reasons: His physique is totally porn worthy, muscular and smooth, a nice shaved head; and I have to say the fact that his skin is blue only adds to his appeal. Oh, and he spends a noticeable amount of his screen time completely naked; which brings us back to the first part of this blog entry.
BILLY CRUDUP
I can’t think of the last time I saw so much of one man’s cock on the big (and in more ways than one) screen. Whether or not it’s a CGI effect or simply Crudup’s dick with some blue make-up applied (oh to have been the make-up artist for that particular application if that’s the case), it seems pretty realistic (translation: well hung) to the naked eye. And I have to say it was pretty amusing witnessing other people’s reactions to the increasing amount of screen time Dr. Manhattan’s cock was getting: nervous coughs from straight men, whispers and/or nods of approval between gay men (including my boyfriend and me), giggles from some of the ladies. Funny how an actress can bare all and no one blinks an eye, but show a blue dick for more than a split second and people react; or in my case, begin to fantasize. Blue balls have never been so hot.
