Good News From the West
Wednesday, September 7th, 2005Amidst the rest of the world being turned on it’s head, we are offered a glimmer of good news from the good lawmakers of the great state of California. I don’t know if it’s just their growing level of tolerance or if they finally realized that San Francisco is a part of their state but sure enough the state senate got off it’s ass and managed to pass a Gay Marriage bill through assembly. The only thing necessary for it to take affect now is the signature of their governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger who could go either way with this so we aren’t quite in the clear just yet.
